Dear Spartan Supporter,

As I finish up my third year as the SHS Activities Director, I am still consistently blown away by the amazing support from our Superior community.  I’m sending this letter to ask you to be a sponsor of our athletic and academic programs for the 2023-2024 school year.

On the back of this letter (page 2) you will find our levels of sponsorship and what you receive at each level. We truly believe our co-curricular programs not only benefit our students and school, but also our community. Your support is making SHS students more likely to succeed in life and make our community a better place to live and raise a family.

Sponsorship funds help us purchase uniforms and equipment that our normal budgets could not support, along with professional development opportunities for coaches and weight room supervision. Funds also help with travel costs when sending students on our academic teams to national competitions. All students involved with activities at SHS will benefit from your donation. 

Our Activities Department fundraising plan focuses on three to four fundraisers for our competitive athletic and academic teams.  They include Spartan Card sales in the fall and the Superior Athletic, Academic Hall of Fame Bonanza, and new last year, two very successful Hour-A-Thon nights for our winter and spring teams. If you choose, your business can be put on a “do not contact list” once your donation has been given. We will continue this year with all sponsorships of $500 or greater being listed in the school yearbook as well.

Major Sponsor: $2500 or more

1. All items listed under Bronze and Silver Sponsor, plus:
2. 3’x5’ Advertisement sign in gymnasium for 1 year.($1000 value)
3. 2 athletic passes for all SHS regular season athletic events. (estimated $450 value)
4. Opportunity to submit a commercial advertisement to be played at athletic events throughout the year
5. Business is featured on the Superior High School Facebook account throughout the year
6. Business is listed in the school yearbook as a sponsor.

Platinum Sponsor: $1000

1. All items under Bronze and Silver Sponsor, plus:
2. Sign showing sponsor at SHS Co-Curricular golf outing.
3. 2 athletic passes for all SHS regular season athletic events. (estimated $450 value)
4. Opportunity to submit a commercial advertisement to be played at athletic events throughout the year

Gold Sponsor: $500

2. Name on sign at all ticket booths of varsity football, hockey, and all-indoor co-curricular events at SHS that denotes sponsorship level.
3. Identified by the PA announcer at regular season home games for all sports.

Bronze Sponsor: $100

1. Sign showing sponsor at SHS Co-Curricular golf outing.
2. Identified as a sponsor on the Superior Athletic and Academic Hall of Fame program.
